Gluten Free Flour at Costco!

While I appreciate the variety of gluten free flours available at Frazier Farms, Henry's, Sprouts and the like, the price just kills me!  So on a trip to Costco last week I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a 5 pound bag of Bob's Red Mill All Purpose Flour!  I knew it had to be a good deal and, sure enough, only $5.99!  I've made some cornbread with it using the recipe off of the cornmeal container and simply substituting the GF flour for the wheat flour and it was delicious!  Yesterday, I got a recipe for chocolate chip cookies off of the Bob's Red Mill website and the cookies are real dense and didn't brown too well, but the taste is yummy! I'm the only one who is gluten free in our house, but my boys liked the cookies too.

I don't see the flour available online, but if you live near a Costco, you're in luck!
